Ok, leaving this one up...

I'm leaving DA again- the only reason I stayed this long was because there was a forum debate that was really good to mess with some of the people on. But they were too immature to keep my interest, so fuck 'em.

I got a myspace account, I'll come on in a couple weeks to take notes from people who want the link. Other than that, I got no reason to be here- the mods keep cleaning out my watch list, I'm getting told to fuck off when I report people who ripped me, so I'm not putting up anything new, and the socially inept twits that seem to be running the site now just confirm my suspicions that the post yellow day site dynamic is a joke.

You must not have been around when the whole thing with people stealing my better work and DA staff telling me to go fuck myself when I reported it. I left a journal saying flat that I wasn't gonna post any more art as long as this was Jark's DA, and that I had removed my stuff over that. Apparently, it was removed- staff can't remove journals, my ass!

I come back sometimes to answer notes because some of the people I was tight with still note me, but other than that, you see very little of me- notes or comments.

As I said on the journal, before it was erased...

This shit didn't exist in a noticeable quantity until Jark become the guy in charge- Angelo and Matt actually kept things like that in check. I only saw 10 rips in 2 years before Yellow day, then I began seeing 100 a day, all from the same people, who all just happen to be friends with the yellow one. Not only that, but it seems that, if you're Jark's friend, none of DA's Rules apply to you, meaning that you're above more than just the ones regarding plagiarism of another Deviant's work.

I like the exposure you can get on DA, but "Jark's DA" as I call this site post-yellow day is a scam- not only what I outlined, but that quite a few deiviants have informed me they're not getting their royalties for their prints... I'm surprised this site hasn't been investigated for fraud.

Maybe the site's not being investigated because not too many people care to report it to the Better Business Bureau.


And when did the 'Yellow' day occur?

This interests me as I do not want anything I've made or anything my friend's made stolen.
